I have both trend pc real time and spy sweeper. Trend gave notice of a virus the other night and quarantined it. Upon restart, the trojan-spy.html.smithfraud.c message was on my desktop. I searched, found your site and the instructions on how to get rid of it. Followed the instructions to where it says to boot in safe mode and run the killbox.exe file which I had extracted to my desktop. That's when I started getting the "windows cannot find file, make sure the name is typed correctly bla bla bla". Searched, file was saved to the desktop. Would not run. Basically where I am at now is that NOTHING will run. Everything comes up with a "cannot find file" - stuff in control panel, desktop shortcuts, even accessories/notepad gives me the "cannot find file" error message. Netscape and netscape mail will open however. Right now I am posting from my computer at work. I can burn some programs onto disk and take home to run, but is that going to do me any good? Where do I start??? I don't even know if I can run Hijack This so I can show you a log file...

Thank you in advance for your help!
