Sorry for a late reply but I do not feel confident removing my motherboard out of the case. I have tried many ways such as removing my video card and ram and try to power on my PC but nothing happens. I think I will take it to a technician so he can find the problem for me. Thanks for all your help and contributions!

Sorry that we were not able to help you resolve the issue  :( a wise decision on your behalf if you are not comfortable with removing the MB, hopefully the tech will be able to sort the problem both quickly and cheaply for you, please let us know the outcome.
