heavy pop ups and redirects. very slow keeps telling me to update my browser by calling 1800 numbers. i have a constant searchy bar at the top of my desktop which ive done research on and is supposed to be a pesky bug. i have included frst and addition logs but both are from safe mode as i could not access the site to download them in normal. will reboot and scan asap

I noticed in your log file you are using: BearShare, azureus, BitTorrent P2P programs. We at Geeks to go ! Recommend removing these type of programs, they are a known cause of Malware infections. When you use file sharing programs like this you can never be sure of the file content and you are put at a much greater risk for infection. I strongly recommend you remove this program before we begin our work.
