by mistake , started to delete ie as default to make it mozilla

and the cancelled in process

now when sign in just get blank screen blue goes thru sign in

and then just   regular background screen cannot acces anything

 

anyone? any suggestions what to do thank you much

Try Ctrl Alt Delete and then select Task Manager.  File, New, then type:

 

rstrui.exe

 

and hit Enter.  That should bring up System Restore.  Choose a restore point prior to your oops.

thank you, any chance might be another solution, as it was turned off restarted and when posted this had signed into other log in and that is one that has just background page regular, will not do anything  if go to admin sign in it shows since abt time post ed this that it is enabling internet explorer in default programs change or remove and just shows file folders like transferring however couple hours  - so in the regular log in for admin fine but still no internet there and of course nothing on other log in   thnx

You might try going in to safe mode with networking and log in with the sick login.  See if you get a different result.  Might be able to bring up IE in that mode and set it to the default.
