I recently installed a cam and am unable to get the mic on the cam to work. The attached pic shows that in the device manager under the sound settings that "Windows cannot start the hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged (Code 19).
I have reinstalled the drivers several times to no avail. Any assistance would be highly appreciated.
