My wife tried installing something and it seems some stuff was installed that's causing a BSOD.

Laptop starts in safe mode but some apparent antivirus with chinese characters and a cartoon penguin pop up.

On the splash screen before logging in there's a logo for Rising Antivirus.

There's also some iqiyi program that cannot be uninstalled.

FRST was run and the two logs are attached.

Laptop running windows 8.1 (64 bit)

Hi there this is a bit of a mess

CAUTION : This fix is only valid for this specific machine, using it on another may break your computer

Download the attached Fixlist, txt to the same location as FRST.exe
Attached File  fixlist.txt   53.71KB   325 downloads
FRSTfix.JPG
Run FRST and press Fix
On completion a log will be generated please post that

THEN

Please download AdwCleaner by Xplode onto your desktop.
  • Close all open programs and internet browsers.
  • Double click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool.
  • Click on Scan.
  • After the scan is complete click on "Clean"
  • Confirm each time with Ok.
  • Your computer will be rebooted automatically. A text file will open after the restart.
  • Please post the content of that logfile with your next answer.
  • You can find the logfile at C:\AdwCleaner[S0].txt as well.
FINALLY

Could I have a fresh FRST scan please include the additions.txt

Did you clean the elements found by AdwCleaner ?

Also I will need a fresh FRST scan as I was unable to remove all at the first run
