Installed Bitdefender Free Edition on a new install. Everything works fine, it updated and tells me I have 29 days left. When I tried to register I get an error that says, " the connection to the server failed, product cannot be activated". Other that that it's running fine but I only have 29 days left. I tried it on an old xp machine also and got the same error message. What can I do before my days run out ?

Doing a Google search using the key words below:
"the connection to the server failed, product cannot be activated bitdefender"
Will indicate Bitdefender has had this issue for quite some time and I did not see a soultion.

Thanks Peter and zep516. Fresh install but ran the scans anyway, all clean. I'm going to keep it running an do a daily check to see if it gets corrected before the 20 + days run out. If it doesn't get corrected, it's Panda Free time. Thanks again for getting back to me.
