Save the notepad to your desktop as fixlist and then start FRST and press fix :)

I was able to click fix and it did scan but i can't remember where I can find the results..

not at this time... thanks so much.. is there a way that i can keep on using adware that i download on my desktop..

do you suggest that i keep on using malware bytes.... anti- malware or ccleaner

You can keep AdwCleaner however, I would recomend that you download it as required .. This the the link for it AdwCleaner

Delfix will uninstall AdwCleaner and all other tools to ensure that all quarantine items are cleared

Subject to no further problems :)

I will remove my tools now and give some recommendations, but, I would like you to run for 24 hours or so and come back if you have any problems

Now the best part of the day ----- Your log now appears clean :thumbsup:

A good workman always cleans up after himself so..The following will implement some cleanup procedures as well as reset System Restore points:

Remove tools

Download and run Delfix
Select the options as shown

Malwarebytes

Update and run weekly to keep your system clean

It is critical to have both a firewall and anti virus to protect your system and to keep them updated.

Thank you so much for all of your help.. I have another computer that needs work done at this point I am not using it for now..I have to set it up... again thanks so much..
