Hello anyone know the tool name Advance PC Care accidently i just install in my brand new PC. Its hanged my PC and shows me hundreds number of error after scanning. Advanced PC Care starts auto scan on my PC and ask 40$ to fix all issue.  i am so worried and purchase the software. After log off my PC when i again start its not boot properly.  Advanced PC Care is scam tool when i called the customer care number they ask me to remote access of my PC. I want to uninstall it properly can anyone have idea how to uninstall virus tool Advanced PC Care from PC

Hi there, first I will need a look see :)

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.
  • Right click to run as administrator (XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File). When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
  • Select additions at the bottom
  • Press Scan button.

  • It will produce a log called FRST.txt in the same directory the tool is run from.
  • Please attach both logs generated.
