Question #1

Can a trojan gather information from your activity on a laptop that is not connected to the internet?

Question #2

If you use a laptop that is not connected to internet in the enire 2015, but becomes connected to the internet in 2016, can someone (like with a trojan), gather information of your activity on that laptop in 2015?

Question #3

Is disabling the network adapters enough to prevent the laptop from randomly connecting to the internet?

Bonus question

After formatting the laptop, it says that I have to activate windows (8 pro). If I don't activate it, will anything happen that will jeopardize the above and randomly connect to the internet or lose access to my files?

It only concerns wordpad. As I am trying to write a book and I don't want anyone to read it but myself.

Thanks in advance.
