Hello All,

 

I recently have acquired a virus on my iPhone 5s demanding I buy a Pay Pal My Cash Card at Walgreens, CVS, Fred's, 7-Eleven, Family Dollar, Rite Aid (500$) and enter code. Similar to the FBI Scam I got once in the past. Could you help walk me through what I need to do to remove this so I can use my Internet again?

1. Launch the Settings app from the Home screen of your iPhone or iPad.

 

 

2. Scroll down and tap on Safari

 

 

3. Now scroll all the way to the bottom and tap on Advanced.

 

 

4. Tap on Website Data.

 

 

5. Scroll to the bottom again and tap on Remove All Website Data.

 

 

6. Confirm one more time you’d like to delete all data.
