While checking out your great tips, I came across something that I would like to bring to your attention...

In the section
You Must Read This Before Posting A Hijackthis Log, Required steps before posting your log.
there's a link to the "windows update homepage" which actually links to a site called windowsupdate.com...

My Antivirus popped up the following message when clicking on the link:
Contains signature of the construction kit KIT/Phish.Sekuryb.3


The correct URL to the windowsupdate site is
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com

I Have checked it as well, and it leads to the windows Update home page. I would follow Usetobe's advice give above.
