I too am having problems with that "Blue Screen" crash.. It appears to be something about (tcpip.sys)..

I checked the  C:\Windows\Minidump and I do have two " .dmp Files ".. How do you read those, or, include with my next post? I saw something about Win-Zip, which option do I use? Thanks for any help..

Zip the dumps into a single .zip file using the built in zip/unzip support or download and install 7-Zip or WinZip.

Upload and insert into your next post.

You need windbg to look at dumps. See  here:   http://www.sevenforu...d-analysis.html

Thanks for your imput.. I highlite the files, right click and go to the WinZip option's.. But I keep getting Error message's: "You are trying to create a new Zip file on a disk that is Read-Only" (or) "Filename of archive is not complete. Be sure to specify a valid filename"

Place the zip file being created on your Desktop, see if that works.
