OK.

I'll look at the speccy log, in the mean time,

Malwarebytes log is clean, the computer appears Malware free so,

Lets reset IE see Here.

Resetting Internet Explorer to its default settings does not delete your favorites

Do you have another browser you can use for a while ? Could this problem be just browser related and the computer itself is not actually freezing, that's what I'm trying to get at...

I tried using chrome when I first got this a year ago but the whole desk top thing was weird and I couldn't find chrome so I stayed on ie

Ok so my laptop was on I was not using it and suddenly there is no picture on my screen so I turned it off turned it on nothing the screen is black it's charged but there's nothing there its never done this before

Hello,

Take the battery out, disconnect the ac adapter. Now hold the power button down for 30 seconds, then reconnect the ac adapter and see if that makes a difference.

If that does not work lets see if it will boot to safe mode.

Oh sorry I never saw this. My lap top is ok however sometimes a page loads then it freezes reloads and a message comes up saying IE has stopped working close the programme. Not all websites do this just some
