I manage my email and another co-workers(we'll call him Jim). everyone insists on sending their emails to both of the accounts. I'd like to be able to move the emails that include Jim as a recipient (not always cc'd) into a separate folder so I do not have to wade through all of the emails twice. any suggestions?

Thanks,

in the conditions section of the rule creation wizard, you should see an option for "sent to". put his address there. of course, this assumes that the duplicates you're seeing include an email that is only sent to you, and another email that is exactly the same that is sent to both of you. not where it's two emails to both of you.
