Hello jhnhll,

Just a heads up that your previous post has been hidden as FRST logs are not used outside of the malware removal forums

If the computer is still booted into Windows, back up any important data asap in case the HDD has issues and fails on you, once done follow the steps below, let us know if you are not or cannot boot into Windows and we will suggest another approach for any potential data recovery

**Restart the computer and press the F12 key to see if you get a boot menu, if you do, select hard drive diagnostics where you should get a message that the diags are running, if you get "Keyboard failure", you pressed the keys too soon and will have to try again, if you happen to get the Windows logo screen you will need to restart the computer and try again.

** The above will only work if the Dell diagnostic tools are still present.
