The following appears after start up and the desktop has loaded:
error loading C:\\Users\Joval\AppData\Local|PluginBalance\Bin\PluginBalance.dll The specified module could not be found.
It started appearing after a recent Windows Update and does not seem to affect performance. I tried a system restore to a point before the update to no effect.
Suggestions?

Search for PluginBalance.dll with Everything search engine and delete it manually.
