I have no idea about apple products!
I have found an Ipad air in storage at my office and am trying to unlock the four digit pin.
To get any reaction from the tablet you have to hold the power button and home button simultaneously. The screen then goes white with a black apple logo for probably 10 or more seconds.
It then prompts you to 'slide to upgrade' when you slide this with your finger it asks for a four digit pin, we tried multiple and now locked out for 60 mins.
I have tried plugging it into the PC with itunes running but Itunes didn't pick it up as a device.
Any suggestions??
FYI it is property of my employer, he does not know who set it up and has asked me to do this.
