I was trying to locate and reinstall cdrom, I went to setup when it booted up and reset it to default settings,

Now windows 98 won't launch.  Goes to the black screen that tells you how much memory there is

and asks you to hit  F1 for setup - Won't go to setup - says entering setup please wait but nothing happens.

Is there some way I can go to safemode or another to get setup to work so I can change settings back ?
