Help please, I had my files saved to my USB stick and had to start using an Apple MacBook while my Thinkpad was being repaired. When I tried to open my USB stick on the Mac it wouldn't open the files. My USB was erased but I was able to copy of folder on to the Mac desktop.

My issue is I copied the folder on to a new USB but the files will not come up in their original format on my Thinkpad. Is there a way I can do anything to get these files to show up the way they did originally?
