I need help figuring the keyboard. I have put in new batteries but still not working.

Have you got a brand name for the keyboard.

 

Have you used this keyboard before without any issue.

 

Has the keyboard been tried on another USB port or alternative computer.

 

As the keyboard requires batteries I surmise that is the wireless type, if yes, have you paired it with the USB dongle you should have in a USB port on the computer by pressing a button on the USB dongle and a reset button on the keyboard itself (often found on the base of a keyboard and some requiring a straightened paper clip inserting in a small hole.)
