Recently there have been occasional bluescreens. I have no idea what could cause them.

PROCESS_NAME:  rds.exe is implicated in your crash dump, from research I found that rds.exe is a process associated with the OmniBack II Raima Database Server from HP, see here and here

 

Do you know and use the above HP software.

I too have same prob. when I attempt to install .my malewarebyte protection. Don't want to switch or change service because I've got the lifetime pkg.

Flustration of this laptop is I 'm settin it up to give away to a Sr. citizen friend.

Because it's so slow. it & my other one a/issues has taken days out of my life.

Again this one too refuses to go on my stupid Cricket hotsot service because I can't find network key which had I done what I should of done was go get the BOOST 15gb at W*M 4 $55 but g l t suckered n 2 Cricket.
