Try this:

  • To bring up the Run dialog box on your computer, while holding down the [Winkey] (that's the key with the Windows logo on it), press the [R] key. (Then release both keys).

  • Type in (or copy and paste) the following command:

    cmd /c ipconfig /all>%temp%\$.txt&notepad %temp%\$.txt

and then press the [Enter] key (or click the [OK] button).

  • You should now see a Notepad window open with the results from running the "ipconfig /all" command. Click once anywhere within that Notepad window, press [Ctrl][A] to highlight everything and then press [Ctrl][C] to copy it to your computer's memory.

  • Start a response here in this thread, click once within the message window, then press [Ctrl][P] to paste in what you stored in your computer's memory, then click the "Post" button.

It looks like you are connected directly to Hotwire Communications.

(Instead of being connected to them through a home router).
