Malware/Adware needing help with ridding one more file. [Closed]

I have tried all day to fix the issue but when I locate the last file, I get denied access to delete the file due to permissions. I've already tried to set myself as owner and haven't found anyway to resolve the issue. There is the bsdriver.sys located in the driver folder and then the registry location which is 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services' I've went ahead and downloaded Farbar and below is the attached scan. Can anyone figure out how to bypass the permissions and allow me to permanently delete this?
