When I turn the computer on , windows comes up and as it's loading everything, the Windows installer comes up and tries to install something... then dos opens in a window that says "16-bit MS-DOS Subsystem" on the top and inside the windoe it says C:\DOCUME~\ADMINI~\startup\SYSTEM~1.exe and under it C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT.... then an error window comes up and says "The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Windows application , choose close to terminate. Then a window usually comes up saying "Windows explorer has encountered a problem and must be shut down"..... then windows loads after the screen resets itself .... it seems to work ok once that's done, but no images at all can be displayed in IE and it has trouble going to some websites. All images have the little red X in them. there are also a lot of redirects to search sites and some popups.

I think this problem may have occurred because I was going through and trying to get rid of a bunch of stuff and I may have accidentally erased something important.

Try restarting the computer using "last known good configuration":
1. Start Windows, or if it is running, shut Windows down, and then turn off the computer.
2. Restart the computer. The computer begins processing a set of instructions known as the Basic Input/Output System (BIOS). What is displayed depends on the BIOS manufacturer. Some computers display a progress bar that refers to the word BIOS, while others may not display any indication that this process is happening.
3. As soon as the BIOS has finished loading, begin tapping the F8 key on your keyboard. Continue to do so until the Windows Advanced Options menu appears. If you begin tapping the F8 key too soon, some computers display a "keyboard error" message. To resolve this, restart the computer and try again.
4. Using the arrow keys on the keyboard, scroll to and select the Last Known Good Configuration menu item, and then press Enter.

You may wish to print out a copy of these instructions to follow while you complete this procedure. Please move Hijack This to a permanent folder (i.e. C:\HJT). This ensures backups are saved and accessible.

Reboot in safe mode (by tapping F8 at startup and select safe mode from the menu). Be sure you're able to view hidden files, and remove the following:

C:\WINDOWS\Coduoswn.dll
C:\WINDOWS\bxxs5.dll
C:\WINDOWS\Coduoswn.dll
C:\WINDOWS\System32\nvms.dll
C:\WINDOWS\System32\mscb.dll
C:\WINDOWS\System32\msbe.dll
C:\WINDOWS\Coduoswn.dll
C:\WINDOWS\System32\automove.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\P2P Networking\
C:\WINDOWS\System32\system[1].exe
C:\Program Files\BullsEye Network\
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\sdoa.ex
C:\Program Files\Web Offer\

Next, please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.

R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - {92674DD5-75F0-FB77-5DEC-A193E442836C} - C:\WINDOWS\Coduoswn.dll

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [msmc] C:\WINDOWS\System32\msmc.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [eZWO] C:\PROGRA~1\Web Offer\wo.exe
O4 - Startup: system[1].exe

Also, you have an unnecessary office process running that is a RAM HOG! For more information and how to disable it, see here:
http://support.micro...spx?kbid=282599

Reboot your PC.

If you would please, rescan with HijackThis and post a fresh log, and let us know how your system's working. <_<

There's the new log... startup is fine now and it runs a lot more smoothly. I couldnt find the bullseye network file you told me to delete, but I fixed it on hijack. Also, I did what that site said to do about the ctfmon file and it still shows up in the hijack log, does that mean it's still running?
