I cracked my nexus 5 screen and bought a replacement off of ebay and reassembled it myself.
Theres a ~100 pixel strip that doesn't register touches.
Starts from the top right and ends near the middle with a rounded end (attachement for easier comprehension)
My question is what could cause this kind of failure?
I'm not all that tech savvy but shouldn't the entire line not register?
I still haven't heard back from the seller so i might get a replacement. Although I hope i could fix it myself.
