itunes.exe - Bad Image Help?

Hi, I updated to the latest version of iTunes on my Windows 7 and now I get an error saying.

"C:\Windows\system32\MSVCP120.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. Try installing program again using original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support"

it then pops up saying

"iTunes was not installed correctly. Please reinstall iTunes.

Error 7 (Windows error 193)

I have totally removed all apple programs off my computer and tried reinstalling and still wont work. I also unfortunately didn't have any back ups saved so cant restore to older version.

I don't have much of an idea of what's going on so any help would be greatly appreciated.
