Hey,

 

After turning my computer off for a day, I started it up an hour ago to find that it wouldn't start up.

 

Startup repair doesn't work, saying it cannot be fixed automatically. I tried chkdsk, /scannow, most things recommended, and I cannot even boot into safe mode. The Windows 7 loading screen shows up for half a second, then it goes straight to the Startup Repair, which again, doesn't work.

 

I enabled the skipping of startup repair to find that the log states that windows cannot start up, and that the file \system32\drivers\acpi.sys is corrupted. I've tried a repair cd, which also says that it cannot be fixed automatically.

 

I proceeded to run FRST64 through the CMD when I started up, and the output text file is attached below.

 

What can I do now? I've run out of options, and need this computer to be able to work by Thursday to be able to do work, and I am quite confused as to why this isn't working.

I'm not sure if my hardware has anything to pertain to this, but let me know and I can provide specs.
