Now that Windows 10 is released and a lot of users are starting to use it, maybe it would be good to add instructions on how to find the system architecture of Windows under Windows 10 in the "Malware and Spyware Cleaning Guide"?

There we go. Knowing that Admin is a busy man, I kind of took it upon myself to use some free time I had to do my good deed for the day and add the additional instructions for W10.
