I just read a closed topic about these files and saw the inference that these may be malware.  I cannot delete these files unless I am in Safe Mode, but as soon as I boot back up, those same files reappear.  I did buy music through Amazon over the last 2-3 years, but nothing this year.

Here are my multiple questions.  Do these temp files get imbedded due to my use of the Amazon Cloud app?  Are these temp files malware?  Are the files potentially corrupting my laptop's operational stability?  Would you recommend that I permanently remove them?

Thanks.

I found one ports that said:

Uninstall your Amazon Cloud app. Then you will be able to delete the temp file.
