Had an idea that it was but best to check
That is about all that you can do Im afraid as after trying your PSU specialist equipment or spare parts will be required for testing any further.
Please let us know how it works out.

Hey!
I concluded the final test with another PSU, it didn't work out either.
I took the PC back to my friend and told her to take it to a computer repair shop.
I guess this topic can be declared as finished. Thanks for all the support and time put into this.
I will surely follow these given guidelines to diagnose and repair future guidelines.
And surely I improved my skills even further, getting to know more about the hardware
And if possible, I can later tell the cause of this problem if I'm able to hear about it later.
Hello rei158,
Thanks for the update and sorry for the delay getting back to you, been rather busy
As said nothing more that you can do and fwiw your friend is fortunate to have been able to have you take a look and spend so much time and effort trying to fix things.
Please do let us know what the tech/s say when they have taken a look, most likely that they will advise the MB and CPU be replaced.
Pleased to hear that you have learned something new along the way
