Double click the file and extract to the desktop

Could you refrain from running other programmes as I can not see what you are finding and you may be doing more harm than good

Unless you feel you can fix it

I didn't think running the 2 malware programs (hitman & malwarebytes) I had already installed before would hurt, although I did have to re-install malwarebytes again and I was a little scared to get online with out protection, That's why I installed malwarebytes anti-exploit, I go right to there website to download them... But I will not download until we are clear of problems. I am truly sorry..... an am afraid to do anything anymore lol...The link I downloaded from yesterday that was snake oil was bad too.

Here is my theory....... I think  FCA was corrupt, we reinstated it awhile back....running in the pack with it is Adobe,IE explorer,Mcafee, Chrome(never had), Mozilla (never had),Firefox (never had), Intel (clocked turned off), system32, ATI (CCC), an a few more.  A month ago I was trying to update my drivers to my AMD processor, radon graphics card, an I downloaded the wrong thing (CCC)Catalyst Control Center, I ran it for awhile and uninstalled it and got the correct AMD driver..

OK that confirms that there is no major malware...  What errors/problems are you currently experiencing ?

Did you uninstall Catalyst

It is slow sluggish and load, I have at times, 4 IExplorer's running in task mgr. also programs with *(asterisk) that I know are 64bit not 34bit ????, I get error messages on internet (404 & shock wave) little black box (dos mode) pops up ever time I restart windows. I feel that is something really wrong, couldn't those files an programs been corrupted by the Trojans and malware I had???

As far as CCC; ATI's Cat Control Center does not work with windows 7 - ATI instructs removal & reinstall of C++ as solution. Microsoft needs to fix this.  CCC not loading/opening when initializing it, The user attempts to open/load the CCC through various methods, but it fails to load. The issue may happen with no changes to the system or a Catalyst driver update or reinstall. Remove all ATI through programs and features in the Control Panel using the Catalyst Install Manager (CIM).  Windows 7 Try downloading and installing net framework 1.1 ATI Catalyst Control Center depends on it here is a couple links download and install Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1.....

1 - Delete all ATI folders in C:\programs files and C:\programs files (x86) as well as the temp ati folder usually located at c:\ati

2 - Go to C:\Windows\assembly and sort by "Public Key Token". Locate the following Public Key Token "90ba9c70f846762e" Usually there are only two entries. However, there can be many just be careful here we are only deleting/uninstalling entries tagged with the "90ba9c70f846762e" token. (if deletion will not work right click and uninstall).

I downloaded AMD Vision Engine Control Center. That was it??? I was trying to update my drivers to graphics card and processor, maybe I messed something up after I ran into the CCC problem.  My dad built this computer an told to keep my stuff updated. He knows the inside of the computer but not the files stuff.

Needless to say I have had a lot of problems with this CCC issue. I think I uninstalled it an I got the correct driver for my:

AMD Athlon IIx227pro 3.4ghz

ATI Radeon 3000 Graphic Card Driver =13-9 legacy.

Sorry for delay but I had a problem, I put key code in I had (only 9 digits) it didn't work. My dad bought it for this computer (extra key) no disc. So he brought me a windows 7 home premium SP1 disc with 25 digit key code. I went back to download link above and put this key in didn't work but gave me a option to go to MSDN Portal there I went to download MSDN subscriptions ,quick links, download software, there is a drop down button chose windows 7 home premium w/sp1, there is 4 options I didn't know which one to choose.

I now have a Windows 7 home premium sp1 disc with 25 digit key, can we just use that now instead of downloading??
