I finally got my computer to run in safe mode because I am missing the system.ini file, but I can't restart my computer in ms-dos mode. The only options are to restart and turn off. Is this because it is in safe mode? That doesn't make sense...the purpose of safe mode is to fix things. If you know anything about it, please help me!! Thank you!
