My internet is on and off. I have tried everything, buying new router, removing Windows 10, back to 7. I reboot and then lose it intermittently. Not only my PC has no internet, my iphone and ipad and laptop also lose it. Please advise me I am going nuts. I suspect Verizon is the culprit (not that they would admit it, or even g et a person to taLK TO). All devices are connected to router, but when it happens there is no connection to internet.  What can I do? Could there be an internet driver at fault? I am at my wits end.

Please help

Thanks

I think the first thing to try is a new router/modem/wireless accesspoint/switch

If its still the same then try a known good working computer on your network, if that is no better then  it shows a fault either with the wiring leading up to or in your home or your ISP's service

I think you may have to contact your ISP if this is the case

Let us know if this does the trick for you

Well, I suspect that it is the ISP is the culprit. When I have a problem, all of my devices are affected. And the problem is intermittant. I checked with some neighbors and they are having problems too.

I'll call the company. Thanks for your response
