I'm trying to open my computer to measure the graphics card so I can buy one with the right dimensions, but I can't open my computer, I've unscrewed and pulled at everything I've seen, but to no avail

Typically, there is a handle or latch of some sort on the side. 

 

From the attached pictures, it looks like that is an Asus M11BB. The panel may just slide straight back on the left side of the machine if you are facing it.

before doing anything else i suggest putting the 4 screws back in that hold the psu in place (where you plug the power supply lead in.), put the 2 screws back on the left side as you look at it from the back (they hold that sides panel on.) now you only have the 2 screws removed from the right panel as you look at it from the rear, these are all you need to remove, now the panel slides back and off as others have said.

 

if it's a bit stiff and hard to slide with just using your hand, you can gently lever the side backwards away from the back of the case using a screw driver, this shouldn't take a lot of force. ie. not enough to bend the sides metal lip, if you find it needs enough force that may bend or break something then there must be a reason and something may be different about the case from standard and we will need the info phillpower2 asked for.

this is the usual process for most cases (yours included judging from the pics. doesn't look like there is a lever or button to slide) but there are other cases with different opening procedures.

by the way there is no graphics card in your pc to measure, it is using the onboard motherboard graphics video output, if there was a graphics card in there then the monitor connection would be where the oblong gap is nearer the bottom.

Trying to see the pictures and it appears there is a lever at the bottom right on the back of your tower (just like mine has).  terry1966 is absolutely right.  You probably only need to remove 2 screws on located on the right side (they may bigger than the other screws).  I foolishly removed all the screws also.  The hard part may be getting the right panel open.  You have to hold the lever down while pushing pretty hard to remove the right panel/side.
