Hi and welcome to our forum.
Sorry to hear you are difficulty in uninstalling your world of warcraft.
you don't say if you have already tried to remove via control panel (the usual way) or by using a trusted uninstall tool such as Revo uninstaller. The free version or Revo is fine. Don't forget the restart after the uninstall otherwise it won't work)
if the application does not show up in your list of uninstallable programs (as oftentimes its doesn't) then you will need to do a manual uninstall.
World of warcraft is a pretty much "self contained" type of application so the manual uninstall method should work Ok.

Be careful when doing a manual uninstall....... don't delete or remove anything unrelated to it! and make sure you create a system restore point and a disc image before you start.
Make sure that your back up strategy is sound, that you have all the discs you need with product activation codes/serial numbers and all downloaded executables, and all your data files safely copied (multilple copies) with one copy, at least, of everything kept safe offsite on removable media.
Post back and let us know how you get on.
Regards
