Hi everyone, today I got a error from a full diagnostic by dell, I don't know where exactly the error come from, so I'm hoping that some would be able to help me out on this.

First of all, my laptop is a Alienware 15, that means a powerful gaming laptop.

So, on a certain game there are stuttering, little stuttering, but constant, it's kind a annoying me when I play games.
The fact is that game is way bellow what I need in order to play nicely, there's the requirements of the game.

Windows vista/7/8
2.0 GHz Intel or equal AMD-Processor
2 GB RAM
512 MB of video memory ATI radeon HD 2600/NVidia GeForce 8600 or higher

After some times of trying to get the game work on a playable level, I decide to do a full diagnostic powered by dell utility's and there I got a error when it test my video card, well it was placed on that categories, I don't have much of trust into utilities of that kind, anyway there is the image from the error...

That is what I got for now.

Alienware 15
Windows 8.1
Intel® Core™ i7-4710HQ CPU @ 2.50 GHz, 2501 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 logical processor(s)
BIOS version Alienware A06 (that's is the newest)
NVidia GeForce GTX 970M
Intel® HD Graphics 4600
8 GB RAM DDR3
1TB Toshiba MQ01ABD100

Thanks for the help in advance

Th error is from PC Doctor which some manufacturers ship with their computers. I always uninstall it.

To test memory, download Memtest86+ (you want the 2nd one Download - Pre-Compiled Bootable ISO (.zip)). Unzip it then create a CD from the iso file using your CD burning software. There is a good freeware burner called ImgBurn which will do this easily.

DO NOT burn the .iso file directly to CD. It must be used as input to a program that knows what to do with it, like the one I mentioned above.

You can do this on any computer that has a working CD Burner.

You can also use a Flash drive instead of a CD.

Download - Auto-installer for USB Key (Win 9x/2k/xp/7) *NEW!*.
Unzip and run Memtest86+ USB Installer.exe.
It will format the flash drive if you tell it to. I used a small, 16MB flash drive and it had 8.5GB left when done.

Boot the CD or Flash drive and run Memtest86+ for at least 3 complete passes unless it shows errors sooner than that. An overnight run is even better.

To test your hard drive, check the hard drive with the manufacturer's diagnostic tools.

Your problem sounds like a networking problem more than a hardware issue. See if there is a newer driver for your network device.

Hi Ztruker, thank you for that quick answer.

I already test my hard drive and did a ckdsk on CMD, and I didn't have any error that shows up.

I'm gonna test my memory with the freeware that you mentioned, but sadly I don't have any flash drive in my possession, can I mount the ISO on daemon tool lite ? Also my laptop doesn't have a DVD/CD hardware.

Also I already check for all my drivers, there's all newest.

Do you mean the stuttering should be a network problem ?

The stuttering sounds like a network problem to me.

What kind of network card do you have (make and full model number)?

Have you tried running a network speed test? If not, go to speedtest.net and run theirs. Post results. Should look something like this:
