:welcome: dayman38

This link shows your CPU and a compatible socket FM2+ MB and RAM.   Your RAM is not compatible with any MB having socket FM2/FM2+ > http://pcpartpicker.com/p/ghjFjX

hp/ compaq proliant ml350 G6 refers to this server, > http://www8.hp.com/h20195/v2/GetPDF.aspx/c04286582.pdf

More details, including RAM, > http://www.hp.com/ct...l/c01704616.pdf

You have not given the brand/model # of the RAM, it may be one on this list.

http://h22195.www2.hp.com/MemoryTool/Home/ConfigurationOptions

Crucial recommends > http://www.crucial.c...oliant-ml350-g6

This part is sermising I got the RAM right.

You would be looking at a server MB like this > http://pcpartpicker.com/p/mMNG4D

Then you would need a CPU. Xeon?  I would just sell the RAM, build a AMD PC.

Gday.

We have not had a reply from you.   Do you still need help? or have you resolved your query?   An update would be appreciated.

Thanks.
