Norton is detecting kbdusx.exe as a virus. It seems to be locked and I can't heal, quarantten or delete it. It is in the C:\window\system32 directory.BTW I ran AVG, Norton, Trend Micro and several spyware removal programs. My OS is XP Pro. I searched for this file on my other XP machine and it doesn't exist. What should I do to fix this problem?

Warmest regards,

Stephen

If you search XP for kbdusx then it should give you kbdusx.dll in system32.

If you have kbdusx.exe, you should go here

Run the programmes as advised then post a current Hijack This log to the malware section
