Hi, I've recently been having problems with my windows vista SP1 theme just randomly reverting from aero to basic. I believe this has something to do with a video I downloaded off the internet which I immediately deleted and ran a virus scan from avast and malwarebytes; Avast found nothing while Malwarebytes found some potentially unwanted software which are currently in quarantine. In regards to system restore it hasn't been creating new checkpoints since I got previous virus a couple years ago and I haven't been able to get it to work since. I'd appreciate any help that anyone could provide. I have provided screenshots of the changing windows themes, the lack of restore points, and the quarantined items in case it helps.

Thanks,
