someone can help me put the credential back, because without them I can not do nothing like administrator,  when I try to install or change something in the compute the screen to ask me for permission just ask for a smart card and the answer is always no..  no other screen appear to let me tell then yes..

please someone can help me with this..

thank you in advance.

See if this will help from Microsoft themselves.

  1. Open User Accounts by clicking the Start button 4f6cbd09-148c-4dd8-b1f2-48f232a2fd33_818, clicking Control Panel, clicking User Accounts and Family Safety (or clicking User Accounts, if you are connected to a network domain), and then clicking User Accounts.

  2. In the left pane, click Manage your credentials.

  3. Click the vault that contains the credential that you want to manage.

  4. Select the credential you want to manage.

  5. Click Edit, make the change you want, and then click Save.

To attach a photo you will need to click on the button below this window in the lower right that says "More Reply Options".\Then when the new post window opens you scroll down to just below this box and you will see a button that says. 'Browse" and another that says "Attach This File".
Click the 'Browse" and find the picture you want to attach. Click on it and then click on the "Attach This File".
Make sure the picture is a "JPEG" or it might not attach or be to big to attach. Once done right under these buttons you will see the 'Add Reply, Preview Post or Cancel" buttons. If done then go ahead and click "Add Reply". If you want to make sure everything looks right before posting your reply then click "Preview Post" and if everything looks good then click "Add Reply".
I hope this helps and if you need to know how to make a screen shot of what you want to have me see here is the instructions for that.

To do a screenshot please have click on your Print Screen on your keyboard. It is normally the key above your number pad between the F12 key and the Scroll Lock key
Now go to Start and then to All Programs
Scroll to Accessories and then click on Paint
In the Empty White Area click and hold the CTRL key and then click the V
Go to the File option at the top and click on Save as
Save as file type JPEG and save it to your Desktop

OK try this and let me know if it works. Right click on the exe file for Norton's to install it. In the context window that pops up click on 'Run as Administrator ". See if that will work.
