A friend got this Toshiba Lap Top for free and there were some major issues with it... I have been working on it since I know a little bit about fixes and tweeks and have worked out some of the bugs but am finding that even while in safe mode I only get a blank screen when trying system restore and getting into user accounts and I dont know what is causing this. Can someone help me?

ok I tried downlaoding from that site, but it wont download!!!! now what do I do, I think I will cry... I dont know why it wont download, but it might have something to do with that it tells me that I have an invalid version of windows, well, the number that they give your for validating the version of windows xp seems to be no good, and I dont know why that is eiter.
It let me download spybot and avg antivirus so that I could find out if I had viruses or other problems that might be linked to the problems I am having but it wont let me download from this site... what else is ther that I can do
