WE have had aurora for about 2 weeks now and it is like a nightmare!!! PLease help us. WE found it under add/remove programs as ABI network as you probably know and it cannot be removed that way, also housecall will not download correctly I guess this is because aurora wont let it. I hope I did the scans and the logfile correctly I was kinda goin at it blindly. please help
