I know this answer will be opinion based I’m just looking for a ball park. I need a ruff estimate on how long it would take to manually transfer a small business’ bookkeeping data from one accounting software to another. The company has been open three months has two employees and only three customers. I can’t seem to get a time for manually, I can get tons on importing and transferring electronically but not just straight up manually. Less then ten transactions.

Less than 10 transactions could take less than say 10 minutes. However, it is the installation and setup of all of the various modules of the accounting software itself, as well as setting up things like the company's General Ledger, getting the Inventory entered in, setting up the Vendors (Accounts Payable), the Customers (Accounts Receivable), the Employees, Payroll, etc., etc., etc. that can take many hours (even weeks and months) to get working perfectly before "going live".
