When i turn my computer on the task bar is there but i cant use it. And the more stuff i do the more it disappears until it is totally blank.

I have norton anti-virus version 5.0

Im a retard and saved my results to the hijack this help guide will this be ok?

Also I ran the virus scan is it ok to delete any file it says has a virus? Even something to do with setup?

Sounds like you saved your log to the help folder? You can search your computer for hijackthis.log if necessary. Can you copy and paste a log?

Yes, if the virus scan identifies it as a virus, remove it. It could be the file that installs the virus.

When i tried to delete the infected files all the files deleted except 2 that were in use what can i do to delete them?

Try rebooting to safemode. Restart your computer, and keep tapping the F8 key while starting.
