Let us take a closer look at what is running on your PC. We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool (HiJackThis) and post a log back here with the results.
Click the HijackThis Guide in my signature, download it and follow the instructions in the guide.
Most of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.

Sounds like you saved your log to the help folder? You can search your computer for hijackthis.log if necessary. Can you copy and paste a log?Im a retard and saved my results to the hijack this help guide will this be ok?
Yes, if the virus scan identifies it as a virus, remove it. It could be the file that installs the virus. Also I ran the virus scan is it ok to delete any file it says has a virus? Even something to do with setup?

Try rebooting to safemode. Restart your computer, and keep tapping the F8 key while starting.
