My POP Outlook would not open because it said the PST file was corrupt. I ran ScanPST over it and that allowed it to open but now I am missing the last three month of emails and calendar appointments.

Is there a way to retrieve these or are they part of the corruption in the PST file?

Hi,fitzgerald.vernon

There are a lot of online resources discussing about how to recovering corrupt or damaged PST files.

First, the Microsoft offical tool scanpst, also called Inbox Repair Tool, can repair the PST file, you can refer the following articles:

http://office.micros...A010075831.aspx
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/272227
https://support.micr...t.com/kb/287497

Second, there are many third-party Outlook recovery tools you can try, below is a list of them:

Nearly all these tools provide a free trial so you can try first to see if a tool works before purchase it.

Good luck!

Oops, sorry but scanpst.exe most probably deals with low level of corruption. I think you have lost your emails of last three months due to the high level corruption of Outlook Data File.

There is a workaround which can help you to synchronize all of the email web based account using IMAP connection.

At last, advance third party recovery solution like Outlook Recovery Toolbox (http://www.outlookre...ilrecovery.com/) and many others  can revert back your important data. Go and Google it for best (and save your important emails).

Thanks
