Good.

A few tips.

Before starting, turn off the PSU, > unplug from the wall socket > press the case power on button and hold for about 5 second.

Remove all external hardware/cabling, > detach all internal wiring, except to the CPU cooler fan.

Remove the video card, do not remove CPU assemble or RAM.

When you have stripped the case.

Very gentle remove the I/O shield, it pushes into the case, it needs to be fitted into your new case.

Check carefully the standoffs in the new case, (if installed), they must match exactly the pattern and number of screw holes in the MB, no extra ones under the board, or a short will happen.

Good luck.

Ok thanks for the tips and all the help you've provided with making my PC!!!! I have finally built it with only a few errors here an there but seems to be working just fine now! Everything seems operational and such but one thing has been keeping my eye since I've been using my new comp. My disc before usually never hit 100%, but now it is often at 100% randomly... I've looked up fixes for this and found disabling A program called Superfetch will fix this promblem? Is this a good idea?

That's good news, well done :geek:

The swapping of parts should not suddenly give an issue as your seeing.   You should first do a virus scan, one on your computer, then an online one, > https://www.f-secure.../online-scanner  OR n  >  http://www.kaspersky.com/au/free-virus-scan.

Please have a read of this Tutorial, if you don't see an obious in task manager, work your way through the steps and see if it helps.

Ok I think I have fixed the problem by going the site u linked and downloading malware bytes!!! Thanks! I had something called trojan Stolen data file and a lot of pup files...... I don't know how bad these are or how I got them but, if you could tell me how to avoid next time that'd be awesome. I know not to click stupid links and stuff along that linds but maybe I downloaded something suspicious before without realizing it.... Anyway all alls is goods in the hood!

Gday.

pup files > https://malwaretips....wanted-program/

You have used Malwarebytes, so no need to run the other PUP tools, but, if you have not done so,  go to step 4 and run HitmanPro,    Note, no licencing for scanning, if something is found, you will be offered a 30 trail licencee to remove the threat/s.

if you could tell me how to avoid next time that'd be awesome.

This site is pretty clean, I use for most of my Downloads, > http://www.guru3d.com/files/index.html

Avoid P2P as it is the worst.   You appear to be taking care and that's about the best you can do, but we all get hit occasionally
