Problem with Wordpress site automatically uninstalling my theme

I co-run a Wordpress site with a friend, and we have a "Diamond" theme from WP Zoom.

However, three times today, our theme has been automatically uninstalled, deleted, and a different theme called "Diamond" by EightPixelDesign has been uploaded and installed.

Has anyone else come across this EightPixelDesign company before? Any ideas what this problem might be and how I can stop it?

I'm presuming there's some kind of malware from a plugin or something... just so strange!

The website is www.birdieable.com

Do you have your theme set to auto-update? It's not an option in the admin control panel, but a line usually added to the end of wp-config.php:

add_filter( 'auto_update_theme', '__return_true' );

If so, try and comment that line out to see if it helps.

/* add_filter( 'auto_update_theme', '__return_true' ); */
