CAS Latency

Hi all. I was just wondering how to configure my cas latency and if there is any improvement if I change it to something else than auto.
I have Duron 1.8Ghz 133Mhz FSB, with Asus a7v880 and two banks of 256MB DDR 400
using them in dual mode.
So can you help me to adjust my Cas latency.
