Hi Guys,

I bought a new laptop the other day and was installing some what I know believe is dodgy software (Dreamweaver mx) I was given.

The following error message popped up

Generic Host Process for Win 32 Services
C:/Document~1\ROBERT~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER8bf3.dir00\svchost.exe.mdmp
C:/Document~1\ROBERT~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER8bf3.dir00\appcompat.txt

My laptop has not been connected to the internet yet and this appeared as soon as I installed this software. I believe it was hidden in the the zip file.

Any ideas as to how to get rid of it? - is it harmful?

Dont have my laptop with me so cant run hijackthislog

Your advice is much appreciated
